Description:

 

In order to meet the standard of extra high temperature pipeline insulation Tungkin innovated  calcium silicate type 1000 °C which has service temperature up to 1000 °C ( °F). It is a micro-porous structure insulation material is made of inorganic siliceous material, hydrous calcium silicate powder and quarts sand and lime.  It is a white, asbestos free and rigid insulation product. It can be molded into calcium silicate board and calcium silicate pipe covers.

 

 

Applications:

 

Calcium silicate pipe cover 1000ºC product has the characteristic of excellent thermal performance, high service temperature, high compressive and bending stress is widely used in power plants, metallurgy, petrochemical plants, cement industrial as well as other industrial sectors of high temperature equipment and pipe insulation
